Our program is a unique way for our merchants to obtain funds to support their individual business needs. This program offers merchants the ability to obtain working capital simply by selling a fixed amount of future credit card sales to Discount Credit Card Processing (PMS). PMS will send the money to the merchant electronically via ACH, or by check, whichever they prefer.
Merchant Participation Requirements (minimum)
• The merchant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in their business.
• The merchant must have a minimum of 6 months credit card processing. The merchant must have a minimum of $2000 Visa and MasterCard volume monthly.
• The merchant must have a verifiable lease with a minimum 1 (one) year remaining term.
• Merchant must process exclusively with Discount Credit Card Processing Corporation for the entire term of the advance.
• 90%+ card swiped - No MOTO merchants
• Future service liability less than 30 days
• Acceptable type of business (Business types other than those listed on the restricted or prohibited list.)
• Merchant must clear a minimum of 2 batches before funding will be made.
Application Process
• Complete Merchant Advance Application (Request the maximum possible under "Amount Requested" which can be up to 2 months Visa/MC sales. The merchant can take any amount up to the maximum approved amount.) and submit the application with 6 months consecutive merchant statements and copy of lease or property tax statement, if applicable.
• Underwriting takes 1 - 2 business days
• If approved and merchant accepts terms*, a Receivables Purchase Agreement is sent directly to the merchant for execution.
• Funding takes place 1 - 3 days following underwriting's receipt of fully executed Receivables Purchase Agreement.
